I used Chef TJ and his team for a garden party my husband and I hosted for about 50 guests in August 2018. I wanted a Spanish Tapas theme with service spread throughout the evening. The Chef met with me to discuss menu ideas, offered suggestions and incorporated my wishes for specific dishes. Since we have an outdoor kitchen I wanted him to prepare some of the dishes during the party. He was most willing to do so and enthusiastic about doing so. The food was delicious and many of our guests were very complimentary of the food and the service. His team was professional and thoughtful. The evening was not without challenges from the weather as it rained off and on but they were in control and worked easily around the necessary changes. I will definitely call on him again in the future.
