Specialties include gluten free, vegan, raw vegan, organic cooking in almost every cuisine you choose. In 2016, I was awarded South Sound Magazines 'Best Chef' as a vegan chef, picked over 200 omnivore chef applicants, so you know you're getting quality and experience with your meal.
