Chef in Dallas, Texas

I am a 13 year experienced caterer, private chef, menu consultant, and hospitality specialist. I have won Good Morning America Emeril Showdown, and was privileged enough to cook live on air with him. I have also appeared on Good Day Dallas and am a regular on Good Morning Texas , and Day Break. I placed in the Bobby Flay Flayvors of Washington Contest, competed in the Tyler Florence's Keeping America Cooking contest, teach private and group in home cooking classes, cookbook author of the upcoming cookbook "Highheels In the Kitchen", and most recently competed on the new show MasterChef with Gordon Ramsay. Recent appearances and cooking demos include Grapefest, The Texas Celebrity Chef Tour , and I also earned a spot in the top 5 of American Airlines Chef Challenge where I competed in 2 rounds of "Iron Chef" style competitions up against very experienced and seasoned chefs.
