For the past 9 years I have been traveling with my previous positions around the world, From setting up a new private kitchen in Dubai to cooking in different locations daily in Moscow and also running the catering for the Principality of Monaco. Traveling to 30 countries and catering for clients in the most remote locations such as an Alaskan Glacier (3000 Ft above sea level) to a remote island in Malaysia. My positions have allowed for me to travel, absorb culture, learn authentic techniques and develop into the creative Chef I am today. My position as Research & Development Chef for a leading Superfood Company in California was an unique position where we began to push boundaries with the use of superfoods, probiotics and live cultures using true natural ingredients which enhance brain power and productivity in some of the leading Bio- Science/Tech Companies and brands known around the world. Traveling and extensively developing has given me the drive to create a very unique dining concept called the “The Tasty Brothel” which allow guests to be pushed to their sensory limits through concept dining. It was an instant success due to my food concept blog called @chefjoshking on Instagram (with a following of 15000 followers).
