I'm Chef Simone. I'm a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education. I currently work as a line cook in a busy NY restaurant in TriBeCa. I've been teaching cooking to Middle School children in a South Bronx after school program for the past two years and I love it.
I am, however, looking to branch out and expand my cooking resume to provide personal chef services to the right family part-time--enabling me the time I need provide catering services.
