Josh DeLancey is close friend. He is passionate about everything he does. Each meal that he makes is a work of art. There is nothing that he cannot do as far as I am concerned. Specifically, I ask him if he could make me a Picadillo dish. I grew up eating it in Miami and was craving it. He had never made the dish before but after research and looking at a few pictures and recipes. He provided me with the best dish I have ever had in my life. It is not about someone who can just cook, it is about someone who puts the passion behind it. Josh is a very dependable person, and talented cook.

Josh DeLancey is is extremely easy to work with. He always brings a new outlook to the table when planning his menus and really listened to what his clients are trying to accomplish. I will also call Josh for any of my catering/food service needs.
