Hello everyone,
My name is Janelle. I am originally from Louisiana, by way of New Orleans. I enjoy cooking, baking, and creating new recipes. I can prepare a great gumbo, stuffed cajun eggrolls, or you can sample my twist of crawfish bread. I provide private cooking services for clients in the Dallas area. I have well over 9 years of experience in catering/cooking and lounge cooking. I can prepare just about anything, from casseroles, pastas, tweaked tacos, loaded nachos, Louisiana dishes, even baked BBQ dishes, and more. I swear my twice cooked ribs will be your fave, and I don't put them on a grill. I'm a great cook, and definitely take pride in every dish that I prepare. But I am willing to let you be the judge.
