I've worked at Brooke Lake country Club, Friars club, Olive Garden, Mars 2112, Gate Gourmet just to name a few. I collectively have taken my cooking experiences to a level where I just want to make good flavorful food and make people happy. What ever the dish or recipe I'm passionate about cooking .
