My name is Ashley & I am the CEO & owner of Angel Plates. I'm a Jersey girl who eventually planted roots in Atlanta, GA. My love for cooking started when I was just a little girl playing sous chef to my grandfather "Poppy". It was there in his kitchen where my passion for cooking begun.
While I enjoy cooking a wide array of dishes, I find most of my passion cooking old Soul Food, Vegan Soul Food & Pescatarian dishes. I find most pride in bringing a pleasant and unique experience to the palate, with my traditional Soulfood techniques adding my own spin on home-cooked classics.
Angel Plates provides Meal Prep Services, Catering, Private Dining and Personal Chef Services. At Angel Plates we only use the finest freshest ingredients paired with a lot of love to provide an experience that no customer will ever forget.
