I am Fermin, currently working as a chef de cusine in San Diego, culinary experience has been developing over the last ten years, since I started in Le Cordon Bleu in 2013. I have no prejudice with food from the cheapest to the most expensive. I have been on different parts of the food industry excluding food manufacturing. But my experience ranges from my fast food days in my early high school years, culinary school, hotels, fine dining restaurants, casual, farm to table l and Michelin. Open to cook almost anything I can find on the internet, I am also passionate about dietary needs and also food associated with fitness like counting macros and meal prep.
