Private cooking lessons taught by Professional Chef Keith Peters. We come to your home; we work in your kitchen to help you learn all the basics, including free advice on kitchen organization, what cookware to buy, how to shop for quality ingredients, stocking a pantry and refrigerator, basic knife skills and cuts and all the cooking and baking techniques that are most useful in our busy lives. We cover entertaining, food plating and presentation as well as customizing a program to fit your lifestyle and dietary needs. If you're a beginner or intermediate, we can teach you how to get away from a dependence on cookbooks and recipes and have you creating your own fabulous dishes with flavors from all over the world. If you are more advanced we love that, too. Let us help you learn some new recipes and fresh styles of cooking.
