As a skilled and charismatic chef, I am accustomed to overseeing all dishes from start to finish, ensuring that each meets the highest level of quality that I can of er. Throughout my career, I have also been dedicated to recruitment and management of kitchen staf , ensuring my team meets all health and safety standards, and dreaming up new recipes for customers. With over ten years of experience in passion, love of cuisine and the art of cooking, I was able to be one of the distinguished chefs in this profession. My career began at the age of 14 when I entered  hotel high school in 2003 and graduated from the hotel institute with a cuisine department in 2009. I worked in several hotels and restaurants, and with the most important chefs, between Syria, Lebanon and Kuwait. The most recent one was at  kalani resort as executive sauce chef 2019. Prior to that, I  worked in cibus holding (sud restaurant) for five years --... as assistant executive chef with French chef .Chef Adrien Trouilloud ** Michelin Star Chef, Paris In addition to my participation in the Horeca exhibition for two consecutive years and I won 2 gold medals 1 silver .in addition to training in the academy le cordon bleu.
