Originally a catering and private chef, then corporate even cooking at a shelter where I cooked to please various cultures and diets. I cook for 2 to 200. I cook French, Asian, Italian, Continental. Currently creating keto recipes. Constantly learning, hoping to get back to travelling where I get my food inspiration.

As a chef, I’m an entire restaurant squeezed into one, hostess, server, chef, dishwasher.
