Greetings,
My name is Oscar Dunlap. I am responding to your ad on craigslist for the Chef opportunity. I am currently The Director of Dinning Services at Soba Mesa Recovery Center and also have experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, catering chef, lead line/grill cook and prep cook . I have about 10 years of experience cooking in the food industry in variety of different settings and environments and about 5 years of Chef/Management experience. That is in the kitchens of sports bars, diners, hospitals, office buildings, etc. As of now I am the Director of Dining Services for a rehab facility in East Mesa. I am looking to find a better opportunity where I can fully express myself and pursue my potential.
