🍽️ I'm not sure what to say here? I'm talented, Hardworking and creative. No one has ever died from my cooking, people like working with me and for me, and people really seem to enjoy my food. I've got 2 Red Seals, 1 for Cooking, 1 for Pastry, and I hold an d advanced MAPAQ Supervisor Ticket. I've worked as a Culinary instructor for a CEGEP, a Executive Chef in a Hotel, a caterer in Haute Cuisine, and as a Pastry Chef in an Exclusive Golf and Country Club. I specialize in training staff, but can hold my own in a barn dance, as it isn't my first Rodeo. I'm blunt and am open to all questions. If I can't do a job, I will tell you i don't know enough about it up front, at the same time I will try to do it , if your willing to let me. I learn new things everyday, and I enjoy trying new cuisine and meeting new people.
