My name is Jace Leggitt. I'm a culinary school graduate. My background is mostly southern while paying homage to French, Italian and Greek cuisine . I am deeply passionate about food, wine and excellent service. While living in Chicago I had the privilege of working at some amazing restaurants under the leadership of world class, knowledgeable chefs. Even with 7 years of experience, my passion and hunger to learn more and do more has only grown. I also have years of catering and banquet experience accumulated. I would love the chance to explore more of a managerial role in the near future. For the right position, I am willing to travel.
