I attended culinary school in Switzerland and at 21 I moved to United States worked in several restaurants and food outlets throughout Los Angeles, Honolulu and San Diego. A year ago I embarked on a journey to heal myself through food. I learned how to prepare delicious plant based meals that would keep me on track with my dietary goals. I have researched for recipes around the world and adapted them to my dietary needs, I can cook a variety of dishes (Japanese, Thai, Italian, Indian, Mexican, New American) and I am also familiar with macrobiotic, gluten free and plant based diets. My ideal client is health conscious and loves providing input and making requests on new dishes for me to hunt down and bring my very best to the table.
