Hello, my name is Simón Fernández, I'm from Argentina, 29 years old I'm a experienced cook. I´m interested to work here, I have the experience and necessary skills for this job. I started working as a kitchen hand for several years, after that I became a cook of mainly in cuisines of five star hotels. My main duties were made entrees and coordinating other chefs. Additionally, I was responsible for creating new recipes and designs that were well-received by our customers. Also I have ability to make italian pasta, vanguard cuisine ( "avant-garde", "innovative") and I can work with chocolate as well, candys and pastry. Now I am ready to step up to the next level.
