I am a chef with 20 years in the culinary industry. I possess skills with a wide range of cuisine with specialized seafood knowledge attained while working in Australia. Oregon, California, four states in the Midwest have been places where I've worked. From Country Clubs to Resorts to Fine Dining to Casual Upscale Bar/Bistro food. Have been Executive at a half dozen of these restaurants and currently I'm in Minnesota enjoying what this state has to offer.
