To Whom This May Concern: I am an Executive Chef who has worked in all capacities of the food industry for more than thirty years. I have genuine enthusiasm and passion for I do, and can create a “out of the box” menu to enchant any palate. Variety is the spice of life, and creating great food remains the ultimate joy of my life. I have worked with well- known food artisans such as, Gabino Sotelino from Mon Ami Gabi; Roy Yammagucchi of Roy's 385 North Los Angeles, and my sister Jenny Smith, creator of The Corner Bakery. My background has given me an extensive knowledge of what is required to manage a unique and successful kitchen and restaurant environment.
