We are a dynamic place designed specifically for personal chefs, caterers, bakers, food trucks/trailers or any other food type business needing a legitimate and professional kitchen to prepare, cook and store your food. It includes most, if not all, of the necessary equipment needed to run your own cooking type business. We have refrigerators & freezers, convection ovens, stove tops, griddles, meat slicers, floor style dough mixers, prep tables, speed racks, pots, pans, mixing bowls and a #500 ice maker at your immediate disposal. Very soon we are adding a huge walk-in freezer. Members have 24 hours a day & 7 days a week Key Fob Access to an estimated 1800 square feet of legitimate commercial kitchen, that is everything needed to meet the requirements of the DBPR. Located literally within walking distance to Raymond James Stadium, with a very high traffic area. We offer a short term Service Agreement and you pay for only the hours you use (the minimum requirements for the state are 8 hours per month). Prices range from $17.50 per hour to as little as $10.99 per hour, depending on your time and needs. Additionally, we are approved to supply and dispose of your Food Truck/Trailer water at a minimal annual fee. Does the DBPR say you need a commissary in Tampa?
