IDDSI diet trained, I currently run a culinary department at a MN Senior living facility. I have experience in nearly all types of cooking, from line work, short order cooking, to catering as large as 1500 people.
I am a master prep chef, with the ability to organize efficiently and execute fluently.
I have managed several kitchens in my 12 years of experience, I am ServSafe and CFPM certified in the state of MN. I am quite capable at managing budgets, food ordering, payroll, recruiting, inter-depertmental relations, and more.
