I am a classically trained Chef with commendable expertise in both regular and special diets. I focus mainly on private and corporate events and in-home visitations. Prepped meals can be arranged if preferred. I believe that every meal is an occasion and should be celebrated , be it a mere snack or a loaded course. All my menus take advantage of produce seasonality and there is no wasting. As a foodie and one with a refined palate ; all my meals never fall shy of the most important attribute :- Flavour ! Whether I am working with plants only or animal by-products you are guaranteed a party in your mouth. All my special diets menus are tailored to individual dietary preferences, after a full health and nutritional assessment. ⚠️ Please note that I am not a doctor ; I work under the guidelines of my nutrition and culinary background to cater to you.
