I am a classically trained Chef with commendable background in special diets and everything food. I believe that every meal is an occasion and should be celebrated , be it a mere snack or a loaded course. All my menus take advantage of produce seasonality and there is no wasting. As a foodie and one with a refined palate ; all my meals never fall shy of the most important attribute :- Flavour ! Whether I am working with plants only or animal by-products you are guaranteed a party in your mouth. That being said , this is not just a pay cheque to me neither ; it's my heart. I can't even begin to express how much I detest spending money on mediocre meals that are populating the market out there daily. Just because people will always require food, doesn't mean that they should consume lifeless options. I put my money where my mouth is , therefore I will never serve you what I wouldn't eat. All my regular diet menus follow a bi-weekly roll-out while still taking advantage of produce seasonality. I focus on meal prep , full meal delivery , In-Home cooking , private and corporate events catering. If you seek changes to your eating habits ; are on a special diet and can't figure out how to make healthy delicious food all the time , or simply just don't have time nor know how to cook , then I am your person.
