I am a 29 year old chef with 15 years experience in the kitchen. AOS in Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu certified, ACF certifications C.C., C.S.C. I have been an executive chef for a few different restaurants, my first exec position being at age 22. I am currently exec at a restaurant full time, but am offering my services on the side as a restaurant consultant. For the last few years I have consulted for several different places, writing new menus and basically anything that will turn a failing restaurant around. I seem to have a knack for knowing what needs to be done and I'm great with costing, inventory aND waste control, labor control, training, and maximizing efficiency and profits.
