Hi, I'm a classically trained chef who loves trying new things. Whether you're looking to eat in more but have no time to work in the kitchen or want to make your birthday party unforgettable, I'm here to make sure your meal is amazing. I have an associate's degree in Classic Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute and was trained as a line cook in a vigorous Manhattan kitchen (Michelin-starred Betony in Midtown West). I usually cook classic and healthy American food, but I'm always experimenting. I will of course gladly adapt to any specific allergies, aversions or requests.
