Chef in Houston, Texas

I'm a young chef looking to break into the private chef market. I have been working in the industry for over 10 years in concepts ranging from fine dining to fast casual. I have a firm grasp of culinary basics, advanced techniques, menu and event planning. I graduated with a bachelors degree in culinary arts and food service management from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island and have since been working my way around the country. I am looking to find a client who appreciates the creativity and craft of cooking as much as I do who doesn't mind a good drink either!
