Hello, My name is Cashe', I am 19 years old and recently have moved to Fl to pursue culinary at Johnson and Wales University. Before I moved I worked in a cake shop for 5 years as the Lead Cake Decorator/Manager. I also attended a Technical School in high school for culinary arts. In the school I was introduced to CCAP(Careers through Culinary Advancement Program) in which I have attended more than a dozen culinary events, in hotels, homes, charity events and retirement homes. I do not mind being in the kitchen cooking or baking. I am ServSafe Manager Certified and ServSafe Food Handler Certified. I can easily do recipe conversions and I am a fast learner/worker. I am open to work Monday-Thursday anytime other than 1:30pm-7:30pm(I have class at this time), on Fridays sometimes class is scheduled, and on Saturdays and Sundays I am open at any time.
