Hi! My name is Amy. I'm a graduate of Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Berkeley, California. I have four years of experience as both a personal chef and nutrition coach. I'm trained to cook for a variety of diets, from vegetarian to paleo, as well as for specific health conditions, such as autoimmune diseases, blood sugar regulation and weight management. My food is always gluten free, and based on fresh, organic produce. I have lived in both Italy and Brazil, and know both cuisines very well.
