Hello! I'm Gracie, a passionate chef based in sunny Santa Cruz, California. I have a flair for creating delicious and healthy dishes that cater to a variety of dietary preferences. I really enjoy cooking vegan and vegetarian food, but am experienced in cooking meat as well! I love cooking a wide variety of cuisines. Whether it be italian, french, indian, or chinese. I love to create exciting menus that cater towards a plethora of flavor palettes! Not only do I have experience in cooking vegan and vegetarian food professionally, I am also well versed in fine dining and Michelin Star standards. I hold a degree in political science and philosophy from McGill University in Montreal, QC and am (almost) fluent in French! I am very motivated and flexible regarding availability and services offered; we can figure something out!
