10 years experience in the industry, I've worked in fast paced high volume kitchens as a dishwasher for my entry into the industry all the way up to Sous chef. I've worked fine dining, Banquets, catering, food trucks, sports entertainment like spring training baseball and Fiesta bowl, resort hotels, and high volume restaurants at Westgate entertainment district and old Town Scottsdale. So I'm comfortable and familiar in many environments and concepts of culinary. - Im able to work well under pressure and in high stress enviroments - I have a good attention for detail while getting dishes and projects finished in a timely manner - I have a great sense of urgency - Excellent knowledge of food safety, storage, and health dept. regulations - Work well in a team setting as well as on my own. I'm looking for full time work but open to part time and temporary gigs with decent pay that match my desired rate, or close to it. My schedule is pretty open, I'd prefer no late night shifts but I'm flexible if needed. I'd like to find work in my current role as Sous Chef or even a leadership role, but willing to to take a line cook position if my asking pay rate can be met. I work very hard and take much pride in what I do. I don't serve any dish that I wouldn't eat myself. I make sure every guest I serve leaves happy and satisfied, thats what makes me love what I do, bringing people together and enjoying a delicious meal with each other.
