Sydney is hands down the best chef around, very creative and delicious dishes. 10/10 recommend

I am more than happy to recommend Sydney McClymonds as Head Chef! I have watched her career evolve over the years and I can honestly tell you that you cannot find a better chef than Sydney. She is exceptionally capable of running the kitchen with style and professionalism. A quick learner, Sydney has been responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies and determining menu prices based on supply costs. She has excellent leadership skills and is well-liked and highly respected by the kitchen staff as well as her patrons (everytime I ate at Pasta House, I would ask for Sydney to cook my food!) Syd has a flair for putting ingredients together to come up with a tasty new recipe or an interesting twist on an old one. The food/service industry needs more culinary experts like Sydney!
