Chef in New York, New York

I’m looking for a personal chef position that will allow me to create and execute traditioal and fusion menus. I enjoy cooking hearty meals with passion, and enthusiasm and I’m looking to step into a position more relaxed and open to allowing me creative freedom. I’ve owned a small catering business in Austria for 2 yr and I’m apt at sourcing local seasonal foods at decent cost and maintaining low food waste as well as turning around some of the bits and scrapes into sustainable ingredients and meals.
