Began my career in Turnberry Isle Resort and Spa in Adventura, Fl then onto to Ad Hoc in Yountville, Ca. under the Thomas Keller's Restaurant Group. You may have heard of the French Laundry. I learned farm to table cookery and enjoy the process of using an ingredient to its full potential. I then began my own catering company specializing in a healthy school lunch program for a private catholic school in Miami Beach, Florida. We catered all the special functions of the diocese.
