From a young age, I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to food. I went to Culinary School in Miami, and I’ve been creating food ever since. I passionately enjoy cooking and locally foraging the ingredients for the meals I prepare, and I’ve built a compendium of recipes in the process. After 12 years in the culinary industry in Miami, I decided to explore private dining. Mainly through referrals, I started cooking privately for clients, and doing catering events. Looking to continue perfecting my craft, I decided to make the move to San Francisco. I am currently working at a Michelin star restaurant here in the city, and looking for a client or family to cater to.
