Chef in Arlington, Texas

My name is Timothy King and I'm a culinary trained chef from Forida who is recently relocated to Arlington Texas. For the past 4 years I've been a sous Chef for some of the most exclusive private clubs on the east coast. During this time I've run a banquet kitchen of 14 employees with party's ranging from 200 to 700 guest. In two years time I worked my way up to Sous chef for the main kitchen at the Maralago club. I personally became the go to person for handling the Trump family's food when they were in town. Preparing Dishes ranging from baby food selections to kosher items. Working there allowed me to learn many different cooking techniques and styles from Asian dishes, rustic, southern home cooking and island cuisine. I was also Executive Chef for my own catering company, where I executed weddings, baby showers, and private in home events ranging from holiday parties to wine dinners.
