Hello, I am interested in becoming part of your team. I recently moved to NYC were I've previously had professional experience during 2013-201... at Ai Fiori Rest. & Ristorante Morini, while also working as a stagier at multiple venues like Estela Restaurant, Roberta’s and The Parlor. Recently I became the Executive Chef at the pop-up restaurant Blu Mar located in Southampton. It was an incredible experience and a learning process.
