Hi!
My name is Angie and I'm formally educated in French culinary for baking and pastry. Ideally, I'd like to remain a freelance chef and build a clientele to cook for special occasions (birthday, wedding, anniversary, etc.), parties and other events. In the whelm of desserts, my skills include but is not limited to cookies, cake, cupcakes, chocolate, and sugar work as well as detailed decorations such as gum paste flowers and pastillage.
While I prefer to make something sweet, I do have a large degree of knowledge cooking various cuisines and have spent the last several years working as a private chef for a Bulgarian family of four in Seattle, Washington. I've recently moved to Corona to be closer to my sister, hence looking for positions down here in California.
I'm a very creative person and detail oriented hoping to make your special occasion memorable with beautifully plated dishes.
