Hello! I am a registered dietitian in Los Angeles County. I work freelance with corporate wellness accounts across Southern California doing lunch and learn nutrition seminars and cooking demos. I fell into private meal prep for clients because cooking is something I enjoy and having the dietitian license now, I know more about food and cooking for people with special needs who possibly want more nutrients in their meals, or have to omit something like gluten or dairy, due to an intolerance. I can provide a variety of services. I have clients where I come to their homes, buy their groceries and cook all their meals for the week. Some clients just want breakfasts and lunches, and some clients just want one meal a day provided to them. I am also open to cooking these meals in my home for delivery or pickup.
