Chef in Palm Springs, California

My name is Matthew Farley I started cooking when I was 18 I just turned 31 .I have most of my background and experience cooking on the East Coast in Virginia. I was fortunate enough to work at a lot of really high end fine dining restaurants .by the time I was 24 I was a personal chef for Governor Bob McDonald .were i was responsible for catering events, banquet dinners, and personalized breakfast lunch and dinner is for the governor and his family and other staff working at the mansion. I have just recently decided to try working for myself. Just about anything you want I can do! dinner for ten or 100 people, it doesn't matter I can do it .
