Ciao, I’m Annie. I have over ten years of Culinary experience, running my own business and working in the restaurant industry. Growing up I have always been passionate about becoming a Chef. To add to my ten years of Culinary experience I took it upon myself to obtain my Culinary degree to sharpen my cooking skill set. ​ No matter what I’m doing, from baking cupcakes and croissants to making Boeuf Bourguignon and homemade pasta, I just get this amazing sensation being in the kitchen. People seem to forget that cooking is an art and not a chore. It’s your chance to be creative. I think of the kitchen as my art studio and the plate, my canvas. I believe that food feeds your mind, body and soul.  It’s a known fact that eating a home cooked, well balanced meal on a regular basis is the foundation for a happier and healthier body. Through my studies and personal eating habits, I believe eliminating processed foods and eating organic can result in higher energy levels, creating better mental and physical health.
