My well rounded experiences include: - 2 seasons on charter and private yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean - cooking in a casual chic bistro&café in Prague - elaborate dessert and appetizer preparations in one of the Vancouver fashionable fine dining restaurant - sourdough bread and croissant baking in an artisanal bakery on BC islands - NYC style pizza making on the East Coast - seasonal rustic cooking & baking for boaters in a small private off-grid BC island marina I am looking for creative jobs for this upcoming summer season, based in Vancouver or nearby islands, as I reside in Vancouver. Gladly open to rotational schedules i.e. camps or yacht charters that require traveling and spending time away from my home base, as well as any day charters, private events and family home food prep. Strongly enthusiastic about any off-grid experiences, just as any time spent cooking on the water.
