Ever since I was young, I've always had a strong passion for food and cooking. My passion for food and cooking continues today, as I further develop my techniques, discover new ingredients and learn new styles. Specifically, I have experience in Mediterranean, Italian, American, French, Spanish, Asian, and Latin cuisines. I've trained professionally in top Miami restaurants in the past eight years. Through all of my experiences cooking, I have developed a strong interest in preparing fresh, simple, healthy meals. As more people want to know how to eat healthier, I recently became certified as a Nutrition Counselor to gain an understanding on how to combine flavors and taste . I am now combining both my culinary and nutrition skills to prepare healthy meals for you as a Personal Chef.
