Over 10 years in the hospitality industry and over 5 years in business independently, I have serviced and been entrusted by clientele ranging from professional athletes to working-class families in variegated environments. After years of traveling & gaining experience, my personal palette has expanded alongside my vision, knowledge of food and preparation. My dishes are inspired and drawn by Afro Latin, Indigenous Caribbean and French cultures that resonate deeply with me personally and professionally and carries authenticity that is deemed unmatched. My goal is to not only serve my clients with a level opulence but to also be a personal tour guide that provokes thoughts, feelings & experiences that are included in each of my services.
