I am a classically trained chef who has extensive knowledge in sauces, baking breads, rolls, hor'derves, main courses, and deserts. I have over 12 years of kitchen staff experience as well as customer service and training other workers. I graduated from Vidalia High School in 2004. I graduated from Ogeechee Technical College in 2010 with a culinary diploma, catering certificate, servsafe certified, and 300 hours of internship at Ruby Tuesday.
