Chef in Squamish, British Columbia

I am a creative, hard working and easy going chef. I have had experience working in a busy restaurant in London as well as having worked for private clients in their homes in London, France, Italy and Whistler. I have worked for exclusive chalet companies cooking full cooked breakfasts, afternoon tea and 5 course fine dining evening meals for up to 14 people, 6 days per week. My most recent chef position was working full time for a family of five for a number of years. I became an integral part of their household and worked seamlessly with their other staff members as well as getting on extremely well with the whole family. I pride myself on my ability to work in an open kitchen and the interaction I have with my guests. I liaise with my clients to formulate menu plans and I have experience cooking for a number of different dietary requirements. My cooking style is healthy mediterranean, middle eastern and Asian fusion cuisine. I am all about flavour and elevating vegetables in interesting and delicious ways. I am British but have Canadian residency. I also have a lot of experience working with young children and have my Early Years Education qualification.
