Permanent Private Chef I'm at my best when I am cooking in a private home or at an event that makes people happy! Whether it's cooking for a romantic table of two or a fifty-person bash or pulling together a mini family carnival, including magicians, I like making things happen beginning with the original concept. It all began when I started ocean racing, as a crewmember at age 18. Forty-eight hours into the crossing, I was starving and went below to the galley and cooked an amazing feast fit for the captain and crew. A French culinary vacation followed. I have a degree in the culinary arts from Miami Dade College – Miami Culinary Institute and have invested well over 25 years of experience in taking private culinary classes, cooking, catering and event planning (with great references). Currently, I have my own business as a caterer personal chef. If someone asked me "If you could do anything, what would it be?” I'd say “I love to cook - it is my passion”. As your personal chef I present a full-service experience which includes preparing, serving, as well as cleaning and ensuring that your kitchen looks exactly as it did when I arrived. I plan menus, purchase food, prepare and serve meals snacks, run errands and care for pets. This way, if my clients are at home, on vacation or having guests, they can relax and enjoy a superb. Constantly evolving and changing, my cuisine is inspired by my travels. My cooking highlights the best of locally sourced, seasonal produce, with great emphasis on proper techniques, bold flavors and finesse.
