My name is Elias Kushner and I have been cooking for 17 years, professionally for 12. In that time I have worked and traveled around the world. I've worked in hotels, small bistros, catering, private chef work, fine dining restaurants, and even at an exclusive fly fishing lodge in Patagonia, Chile. I have traveled and cooked in different parts of Europe as well. It was an incredible experience. My style of cooking can be described as "rustic and fresh". This really just means that my approach to food is more about simplicity. The idea to create flavors or combinations that sing nicely together. I also cook with a health-conscious mindset. This will ensure that we will get the most out of our food. In the past I have cooked for a bunch of famous people, diplomats, or just filthy rich people. But in the end, it's all just food!
