Private chef with 18 years experience with clients of all types: individuals, families and corporations. What sets me apart from other chefs is that I ask specific questions to determine health needs, personal goals, and individual flavor profiles. Then, I use that feedback to deliver custom meals that delight, not disappoint. We each come with our own ideas of what is "Delicious" and our individual requirements of what is "Nutritious". I see my role as a partner in good health that can be achieved by determining what that is, then to deliver in order to provide a meal plan that is long term sustainable, using what you love to feed your body and soul. I've had clients with dramatic results (65 pound weight loss is 6 months. Reduction in carotid obstruction, etc), and clients that just got to gather around the family dinner table as often as they desired. I also teach cooking lessons to kids, teens, and adults. All bring me joy when I can see improvement in someone's quality of life through good food. I cook for clients in their homes or drop off fully prepared meals to order, unlike impersonal services where you pick off a menu or share the special of the day. It's all about YOU!
