I have over 10 Years in professions that allowed myself to become a strong professional that is focused on assisting others in their success. I have hobbies in Art and Graphic Design which allow me to create promotional tools and to think creatively. With 6 Years of experience in developing food operations, profit and loss, budgeting, labor control, menu development, menu pricing, food costing, food sourcing, and staff training; I am a motivated individual that thrives off of making a business and the individuals in the business grow and succeed. With a Creative, Food Operations, and Catering Sales Background; I feel that I have more to learn and showcase my abilities through managing all operations. I have a strong communications background that allows me to effectively showcase my creative solutions to difficult obstacles and a strong ability to deliver heavy administrative tasks. Being an Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage simultaneously, I was also placed on Crescent Hotel and Resort’s Advisory Board and Crescent Hotel and Resort’s Task force. I have also received Manager of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2017. I have shown exemplary effort in achieving many tasks and recognition throughout my current position from creating Standard Operating Procedures, FOH/BOH Training, Accurate Sales Reporting and Forecasting, Seasonal Specials, Creative Sales Programs, Graphic Design for Menu Development and Menu Creation.
