In 2015 the food service contract between Aramark and RG Properties expired and was not renewed. The contract was taken over by Eventium Entertainment Group and I was asked to stay on as Executive Chef to create a seamless transition during the takeover and maintain the status quo. Thus ensuring quality and customer service were held to the highest standards.
